Global Sourcing Manager - Rack and Mechanicals

📋 Description

• Lead sourcing strategy for rack infrastructure and mechanical hardware components for Graphcore's
• Partner with engineering, supply chain, and finance to secure capacity, cost, and delivery
• Translate technical roadmaps into sourcing strategies and negotiation frameworks.
• Negotiate long-term supply agreements and capacity reservations.
• Develop cost models and perform should-cost analyses to strengthen leverage.
• Ensure supply continuity through capacity planning and supplier risk management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or technical procurement.
• Strong sourcing experience in rack infrastructure and mechanical hardware components.
• Proven track record negotiating complex supplier agreements.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into commercial sourcing strategies.
• Strong financial acumen including cost modeling and total cost of ownership analysis.
