📋 Description

• Set global technical and accreditation strategy for BA Certification
• Lead global technical and accreditation functions across regions
• Define global certification policies and operating standards
• Provide authoritative technical direction for certification business
• Manage Accreditation Body relationships (UKAS, ANAB, SAS, etc.)
• Ensure compliance, consistency and viable operations

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate-level qualification or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in certification/accreditation, global leadership
• Experience leading dispersed teams globally
• Strong policy/ governance and accreditation knowledge
• Engage with senior leaders and accreditation bodies
• Commercially aware with focus on compliant, scalable delivery
