📋 Description

• Lead global technical and accreditation strategy for BA Certification
• Manage cross-country teams and regional affiliates
• Define and enforce certification policies and governance controls
• Provide authoritative technical direction and decision-making
• Maintain relationships with Accreditation Bodies (UKAS, ANAB, SAS, etc.)
• Drive simplification and digitalisation of processes and audit delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate-level qualification or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in certification/accreditation; global leadership
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams
• Strong command of management system certification and accreditation
• English proficiency; ability to communicate with senior leaders
• Willingness to travel internationally
