Global Total Rewards Program Director

📋 Description

• Design and build global Total Rewards programs, frameworks, and operating models that are scalable
• Lead end-to-end TR programs: compensation cycles, benefits renewals, mobility, equity, recognition
• Partner with HRBPs, People Services, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to deliver a consistent
• Define program requirements, workflows, governance, and supporting documentation; establish
• Oversee day-to-day TR program operations, ensure high-quality execution, and manage program

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards, HR program management, compensation, or related areas.
• Proven experience designing and managing global or large-scale HR programs; strong program
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, HRBPs) and ability to translate
• Excellent communication skills; ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Global experience preferred; strong change management and stakeholder management capabilities.
