Global Vice President, Environmental, Health and Safety

📋 Description

• Senior EHS leader overseeing Fleet's global EHS management system across design, construction
• Part of DC EHS & Security org; partners with Physical Security, Design & Engineering
• Drive zero preventable incidents and an audit-ready compliance posture across jurisdictions.
• Champion Safety in Design and EHS risk management to scale with campus expansion.
• Lead end-to-end EHS lifecycle for third-party workforce including GC/subcontractors and vendor

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science or
• 12+ years of progressive EHS leadership, including multi-site or high-risk construction in data
• Certifications: CSP, CIH, NEBOSH Diploma or country equivalents; ISO 45001 lead auditor preferred.
• Deep expertise in High-Risk Activity management (electrical safety, fall protection, hazardous
• Strong knowledge of contractor EHS standards (ISO 45001, ANSI/ASSP Z10) and ISO 14001.
• Experience with EHS software (Gensuite, Enablon, Intelex) and construction platforms (Procore)
