Global Workplace Project Manager (m/f/x)

📋 Description

• Own and drive workplace project execution from initiation to completion.
• Manage feasibility, planning, budgeting, and scheduling with Senior PMs.
• Actively manage budgets, schedules, and risks; resolve issues.
• Coordinate communication with internal stakeholders, external partners, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, zoning, and building regulations.
• Take a hands-on approach to delivery and maintain consistent progress.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Hands-on construction/workplace project delivery experience.
• Excellent organizational skills; multi-task effectively.
• Proactive, structured problem-solving; decisive.
• Strong interpersonal skills for international, cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English and German; CAD, Excel, Miro proficiency.
