🎯 Requirements

• Staff / Principal-level engineer or equivalent
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript and Python background
• Hands-on with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Cursor
• Deep familiarity with AI-assisted dev workflows
• Ability to give direct, opinionated feedback
• Comfort evaluating code without full execution
