📋 Description

• Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure.
• Own the GTM tech stack: CRM, enrichment, sequencing.
• Deploy AI agents for prospect research and outreach.
• Instrument top-of-funnel: measure and optimize meetings.
• Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, Zapier/Make.
• Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid GTM, growth, or RevOps with a strong technical lean.
• Built outbound systems from scratch: enrichment, sequences, lead scoring.
• Hands-on GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach.
• Think in funnels; measure pipeline influence, replies, meetings, cost per opp.
• Ship fast, keep things simple, and don’t wait for permission.
• Nice-to-have: GTM for AI/voice/dev-tools products.
