Go-to-Market Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and maintain SIMBA outbound infra: sourcing, enrichment, scoring.
• Own the GTM stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, sequencing, integrations.
• Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research and outreach.
• Instrument top-of-funnel: measure, optimize for meetings and pipeline.
• Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.
• Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with technical lean.
• Built outbound systems from scratch — enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences.
• Hands-on GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach/Instantly.
• Experience with Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs.
• Think in funnels; measure pipeline influence, reply rates, meetings, cost per opp.
• Ship fast, keep things simple, and don’t wait for permission.
