📋 Description

• Build and maintain SIMBA outbound infrastructure.
• Own the GTM stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, sequencing, integrations.
• Deploy AI agents for prospect research and outreach.
• Instrument top-of-funnel metrics and optimize for meetings and pipeline.
• Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, Zapier/Make to keep data clean.
• Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid GTM engineering or RevOps with technical focus.
• You've built outbound systems from scratch.
• Hands-on with GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience with Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs.
• Funnel-driven mindset; measure pipeline influence, replies, meetings.
• Ship fast, keep things simple, don't wait for permission.
