  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infra: sourcing, enrichment, scoring, sequencing.
  • Own GTM stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, sequencing.
  • Deploy AI agents for prospect research, outreach, follow-ups.
  • Instrument top-of-funnel: track results, prune, optimize meetings and pipeline.
  • Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, Zapier/Make to keep data clean.
  • Evaluate and adopt new AI/GTM tooling; be the team's resident expert.

🎯 Requirements

  • Solid GTM, growth, or RevOps experience with a strong technical lens.
  • Built outbound systems end-to-end: enrichment, sequences, scoring.
  • Deep GTM stack experience: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Instantly, Zapier.
  • Fluent in funnel metrics: pipeline influenced, reply rates, meetings, cost per opp.
  • Ship fast, simple, and autonomous.
