  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure β€” lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring.
  • Own the GTM stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, sequencing.

  • Instrument the full top-of-funnel: track what's working and optimize the pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a heavy technical lean.
  • You've personally built outbound systems from scratch β€” enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, lead scoring.
  • Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, REST APIs.
  • You think in funnels and measure everything β€” pipeline influenced, reply rates, meetings, cost per opportunity.
  • You ship fast, keep things simple, and don't wait for permission.
  • Nice to Have: Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product.
