  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure: lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, sequencing.
  • Own the GTM stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and integrations.
  • Deploy AI agents for prospect research, outreach generation, and follow-up workflows.
  • Instrument top-of-funnel: track performance and optimize meetings booked and pipeline created.
  • Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, Zapier/Make to keep data clean.
  • Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tools; be the team's resident expert.

🎯 Requirements

  • GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a strong technical lean.
  • Built outbound systems from scratch: enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, lead scoring.
  • Hands-on with GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Instantly, Webhooks, REST APIs.
  • You think in funnels; measure pipeline influenced metrics, replies, meetings, and cost per opportunity.
  • Ship fast, keep things simple, and don't wait for permission.
  • Nice to have: experience building GTM systems for AI, voice, or developer tools product.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with contact center CX or telephony buyer personas.
  • Nice to have: background at a B2C company with a B2B or API sales motion.
