  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infra: lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, sequencing.
  • Own GTM stack: CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), enrichment (Clay, Apollo, Clearbit), sequencing.
  • Deploy AI agents for prospect research, outreach, and follow-up automation.
  • Instrument the top-of-funnel: measure success and optimize meetings and pipeline.
  • Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, Zapier/Make to keep data in sync.
  • Evaluate AI and GTM tooling; be the resident expert on what's worth building.

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
  • You've personally built outbound systems from scratch โ€” enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, lead scoring โ€” not just managed existing ones
  • Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
  • You think in funnels and measure everything โ€” pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity are metrics you track obsessively
  • You ship fast, keep things simple, and don't wait for permission
