🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience in product marketing, commercialization, or go-to-market execution within
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional product launches and commercialization
• Strong program and project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of health insurance, ancillary insurance products, broker distribution models, and health
