Governance Reporting Analyst

📋 Description

• Support delivery of AFC MI and reporting with accurate, timely analysis for stakeholders.
• Develop and enhance dashboards and automated reporting for AFC performance, KPIs and KRIs.
• Produce regular and ad hoc reports on financial crime, regulatory and governance activities.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, Data Analytics and BI teams to align outputs.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and AI-enabled tools to boost reporting efficiency.
• Support AFC risk assessments and regulatory reporting by presenting key data insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Excel with PivotTables, formulas, data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with data viz/reporting tools (Power BI, Power Query, DAX).
• Strong analytical skills; able to interpret large datasets and translate into insights.
• Experience producing dashboards/reports for diverse stakeholders, including non-technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of SQL, data modelling and data warehousing; ELT concepts advantageous.
• Excellent communication; ability to present complex information clearly.
