Graduate Accounting Analyst

📋 Description

• Provide timely, accurate financial analysis for directors and dept heads.
• Prepare monthly results, variances, and management commentary.
• Reconcile and control balance sheet accounts for departments/countries.
• Produce revenue and expenditure forecasts with variance analysis.
• Act as finance contact for designated departments; ad hoc analysis.
• Support budgeting and month-end processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate with a 2:1 or above in finance, business, economics or maths.
• Minimum A-grade Maths GCSE (or equivalent).
• Excellent written and spoken communication; stakeholder skills.
• Organised, driven to achieve; detail oriented.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; attention to detail.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools; SAP advantageous.
