📋 Description

• Review and evaluate graphic design samples using a data-labeling platform and quality criteria.
• Assess typography, readability, hierarchy, font selection and pairing.
• Evaluate visual hierarchy, composition, balance, focal points, spacing and grid usage.
• Assess design elements such as icons, illustrations, imagery, and other assets.
• Evaluate color palettes for harmony, contrast, accessibility, and effectiveness.
• Rate overall professionalism and effectiveness using a 1–5 scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Formal training in graphic design or 2–3 years of professional design experience.
• Strong understanding of core design principles and visual communication.
• Ability to critique design work objectively against professional standards.
• Experience reviewing designs, providing feedback, or assessing creative work.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle differences in quality.
• Ability to apply predefined criteria consistently across repetitive tasks.
