📋 Description

• Review and evaluate graphic design samples for AI training data quality.
• Assess typography, readability, hierarchy and font pairing.
• Evaluate visual hierarchy, composition, spacing, and grid usage.
• Assess icons, illustrations, imagery, and other visual assets.
• Rate color palettes for harmony, contrast, accessibility, effectiveness.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across large datasets.

🎯 Requirements

• Formal training in graphic design or 2–3 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, hierarchy.
• Ability to critique work objectively against professional standards.
• Experience reviewing designs and providing feedback.
• Attention to detail and consistent judgment across repetitive tasks.
• Excellent communication; able to clarify edge cases and questions.
