🎯 Requirements

• Formal training in graphic design or 2–3 years of experience.
• Strong typography, composition, color theory, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to critique design work against professional standards, not personal taste.
• Experience reviewing designs and providing feedback.
• Excellent attention to detail and consistent judgment across repetitive tasks.
• Available at least 10 hours per week; initial project requires 15+ hours/week for two weeks.
