📋 Description

• Review and evaluate graphic design samples using a data-labeling platform and standardized quality
• Assess typography, readability, hierarchy, font selection, and pairing.
• Evaluate visual hierarchy, composition, balance, focal points, spacing, alignment, and grid usage.
• Assess icons, illustrations, imagery, and other visual assets.
• Evaluate color palettes for harmony, contrast, accessibility, and effectiveness.
• Rate overall professionalism and polish using a consistent 1–5 scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Formal training in graphic design or 2–3 years of professional experience.
• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, hierarchy, and visual communication.
• Ability to critique work against established standards, not personal taste.
• Experience reviewing designs, providing feedback, or assessing creative work.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify subtle differences in quality.
• Consistent judgment across repetitive evaluation tasks.
