🎯 Requirements

Proven graphic design/illustration experience with a published portfolio.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Familiarity with TANF program and target audiences.
Awareness of 508 accessible-document design.
Ability to translate complex information into engaging visuals.
