📋 Description

• Role in the Design System team to evolve and scale H&M’s brand and UI assets in our
• Translate design principles and brand identity into scalable foundations, tokens, components and
• Collaborate with designers, engineers and product teams to ensure consistent implementation and
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design within system foundations.
• Participate in design reviews, workshops and governance for a large product organisation.
• Stay up to date with design trends and opportunities to evolve the design system.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience designing and evolving design systems for large-scale digital products.
• Exceptional UI and visual design skills with strong craft and a polished portfolio.
• Deep cross‑platform knowledge across iOS, Android and web.
• Experience translating brand principles into scalable digital systems.
• Expertise in typography, colour, spacing, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Experience defining design tokens and system foundations.
