📋 Description

• Lead GRC initiatives end-to-end across Engineering, Product, Legal and Security.
• Drive audit strategy and internal risk workflows; manage complex compliance projects.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable business processes to scale securely.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain risk registers and remediation workflows.
• Advise on governance, risk, and compliance best practices across global markets.
• Embed security controls and privacy-by-design into development lifecycles.

🎯 Requirements

• Execution & program management with cross-functional accountability.
• Hands-on audit leadership experience (SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001).
• GRC experience including risk assessments, policy development, corrective actions.
• Framework familiarity: SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST CSF/RMF.
• Excellent communication to translate regulatory requirements for technical and executive audiences.
• English business fluency required.
