📋 Description

• Enforce policies while delivering excellent customer service to guests, staff, and vendors.
• High-visibility, physically demanding, customer-facing role in a fast-paced public environment.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies, and record data for management.
• Provide a visible security presence throughout the museum and rotate posts as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 5-8 years of security, customer service, or public-facing experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to obtain and maintain PERC (Illinois) and comply with training requirements.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
