Ground Support Equipment Planner (R5297)

📋 Description

• Maintain GSE and payload ledger with location, configuration, hours, condition, modification
• Track configuration history and impacts during deployments, tests, training, and depot maintenance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sustainment to ensure ledger accuracy.
• Build analytics infrastructure: dashboards, configuration tooling, forecasting, and inventory
• Produce rolling 6, 12, and 24 month forecasts for availability and posture.
• Improve data quality and tooling to scale with the fleet.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Engineering, Aviation Management, Data Analytics, or
• 5+ years in aviation logistics, GSE management, payload systems, or asset management.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Excel for dashboards used by leadership.
• Working knowledge of GSE operations, payload systems, or fleet asset management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear data narratives.
• Excellent attention to detail and data quality discipline.
