Group Accounting Expert (f/m/x)

📋 Description

• Take end-to-end ownership of complex Group Accounting and consolidation topics under IFRS/HGB.
• Analyze and validate Group financial results with local teams before consolidation.
• Perform and review consolidation activities: intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, equity
• Analyze P&L and balance sheet movements; identify significant variances.
• Prepare Group-level analyses, reconciliations and reporting schedules.
• Manage IFRS/HGB Group audits; coordinate with external auditors.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or comparable field with several years in Group Accounting
• Strong IFRS and HGB knowledge; experience in consolidated statements within complex groups.
• Understanding of consolidation topics: intercompany eliminations, equity consolidation, group-level
• Experience connecting group results to underlying business developments.
• Pragmatic, hands-on; translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with senior stakeholders; English; German is a strong
