Group Director

📋 Description

• Lead Power Digital’s Group within the CPG division, retaining and growing client portfolios
• Inspire and motivate teams of Account Directors and Managers; coach and mentor for growth
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to drive new business and service expansion
• Define go-to-market strategy with MD and VP; develop product solutions for Power Circuit
• Foster a positive culture and growth mindset across the division

🎯 Requirements

• Department leadership and management experience required
• 10+ years as a leader in a digital marketing agency
• Experience managing a P&L for profitable growth
• Expertise in contract negotiation, client retention, and client growth
• Proven track record of high customer satisfaction scores (NPS or similar)
• Extensive knowledge of owned, earned and paid channels and first-party data tools (e.g., Google
