📋 Description

• Own net revenue retention and expansion MRR for the division
• Own executive relationships across top portfolio by MRR
• Run monthly, relationship-focused executive check-ins
• Maintain a weekly retention forecast for the division
• Track CAC payback, AOV trends, and consideration cycles
• Lead quarterly plans for top 10% of portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership in a digital marketing agency
• Experience managing a P&L for profitable growth
• Deep fluency in high-consideration D2C journeys
• Full-funnel channel strategy across paid social/search, email
• Measurement expertise: CAC payback, LTV modeling
• Familiarity with BNPL integrations and financing impact
