📋 Description

• Group FP&A Manager to join Group Financial Planning & Analysis team for a FTSE30, c.$8bn
• Support annual budget, quarterly performance reviews, and monthly forecasting; contribute to
• Lead AI-enabled redesign of FP&A planning processes; reduce manual work and improve insight
• Manage Group FP&A Financial Analyst and offshore analyst support; coordinate regional inputs.

🎯 Requirements

• A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Forecasting, budgeting and performance management experience.
• Experience managing/coordinating analysts, including offshore/shared services.
• Excel with planning/consolidation tools like WFP, MINT, Hyperion Essbase, Tableau, or similar.
• Financial/analytical skills; ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Stakeholder management; ability to influence and build relationships.
