Group Head of Finance

📋 Description

• Lead a 25+ person, multi-location finance function across Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable
• Evolve the finance operating model to scale with the business and Group requirements
• Redesign and optimise core finance processes; standardise, simplify and automate workflows
• Improve finance systems and automation; deliver measurable efficiency, controls and data quality
• Establish clear process ownership, SLAs, controls and KPIs across finance
• Lead via managers and team leads; empower teams to own their functions

🎯 Requirements

• ACA/ICAS/ACCA qualification with significant post-qualified, senior finance leadership experience
• Experience leading sizeable multi-location Finance Operations or Financial Control teams
• Proven ability to lead through managers and build scalable organisations
• Deep operational knowledge across Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
• Track record of end-to-end finance process transformation; redesign and automation
• Strong systems capability; ERP implementation or major transformation experience; Workday
