Group Head of Finance

📋 Description

• Lead 25+ person multi-location finance function across reporting, AP, AR, Treasury and Payroll.
• Evolve operating model with scalable structure, processes, controls and data flows.
• Redesign and automate core finance processes to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Establish ownership, SLAs and KPIs; identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Lead through managers while remaining hands-on on complex issues when required.
• Align post-acquisition finance with Legend and Group requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• ACA/ICAS/ACCA qualification with significant post-qualified leadership experience.
• Experience leading a sizeable, multi-location finance team across locations and jurisdictions.
• Deep operational knowledge of Financial Reporting, AP, AR, Treasury and Payroll.
• Proven track record transforming and scaling finance functions; automation and governance.
• Strong systems capability; ERP experience; Workday advantageous.
