Group Head of IT & Security

📋 Description

• Lead IT across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas and drive cybersecurity strategy
• Own IT function: infrastructure, support, and systems with cloud-first delivery
• Define pragmatic security policies, risk assessments, and incident response
• Build structure across regions and develop global IT and security teams
• Report to Chief Product & Technology Officer and partner with all functions

🎯 Requirements

• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS or GCP)
• In-depth cybersecurity knowledge and security tech (firewalls, IDS, encryption)
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, NIST and compliance ops
• Strong leadership, global team management, and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to travel internationally as needed
• Experience leading IT and security in a fast-paced global environment
