Group Head of IT & Security

📋 Description

• Lead IT & Security across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas with dual-pillar responsibility.
• Own infrastructure, support, systems, and cybersecurity strategy.
• Define pragmatic policies, risk assessments, compliance programs, and incident response.
• Drive global IT strategy, governance, and employee security awareness.
• Mentor global teams and integrate acquired companies’ IT into QIMA standards.
• Report to the Chief Product & Technology Officer as a key Tech leader.

🎯 Requirements

• Cloud-based IT experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Expertise in cybersecurity, security frameworks, and technologies (firewalls, IDS, data encryption).
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, NIST and how to operationalize them.
• Proven leadership for global teams and cross-functional collaboration with C-suite.
• Ability to travel internationally and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Master’s degree; 8+ years in IT & Security with global leadership experience.
