Group Lead II, Warehouse (M-F 11am-7:30pm)

📋 Description

• Direct a shift of warehouse operators in department processes
• Train less experienced operators; enforce safety, quality and GMP standards
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead implementation of changes
• Operate all jobs and maintain conditions within desired range
• Monitor and train on manufacturing monitoring systems and computer programs

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• 5 years pharma ops experience, with 2+ years as Warehouse Lead
• Strong knowledge of DEA, TSA, FAA, IATA, DOT, IMDG, FTZ compliance for receiving/shipping
• Proficient with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP)
• Forklift experience; certification preferred
• Supervisory exp is a plus
