Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochem, biology or related field (Master’s may substitute)
2+ years directly relevant experience; US work authorization
Expertise in analytical techniques: HPLC/UPLC, HRMS, CE; RNA therapeutics experience
Experience leading daily lab operations and client-facing delivery
Proficient in LIMS and producing technical docs for method development
Ability to manage projects, staffing, and quality/regulatory expectations
