📋 Description

Lead the Membr product management team across UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
Coach and develop Product Managers within a distributed portfolio.
Translate strategy into priorities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
Drive AI Transformation within the product function to improve discovery and delivery.
Collaborate with VP of Product & Engineering to align roadmaps with customer and business goals.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in product management or related leadership roles in tech or SaaS.
Proven experience leading product teams and owning complex strategy, discovery, prioritisation, and
Strong product discovery and delivery practices with outcome focus.
Experience applying AI-enabled practices to product management workflows.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile delivery.
Experience in B2B SaaS; fitness/wellness/domain exposure preferred.
