📋 Description

• Lead a group of PMs across multiple squads
• Own hiring and onboarding for the PM group
• Set delivery standards and level-by-level expectations
• Translate strategy into squad goals and align PM teams
• Partner with engineering and design on resourcing
• Identify talent gaps and develop PMs

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of PM experience, 2+ years leading PMs
• Proven PM talent development across career stages
• Strong leadership across multi-squad PM teams
• Experience aligning product strategy with execution
• Executive communication to VP level
• Deep knowledge in card space, fintech, or payments
