📋 Description

• Lead the product management of Reddit's Finance SaaS portfolio (P2P, R2R, QTC, payroll, equity
• Set vision and roadmap for Finance systems, guiding build-vs-buy and vendor decisions with
• Drive AI-first finance initiatives to automate workflows and improve efficiency across global
• Collaborate with Finance leadership to translate priorities into a sequenced, defensible roadmap
• Own end-to-end finance transformation programs across QTC, P2P, R2R, and H2R, ensuring scalability

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management or finance systems with 2+ years of people management experience.
• Proven ownership of Finance SaaS platforms across domains (ERP, EPM/CPM, procure-to-pay
• Experience building product/intake operating models: roadmaps, prioritization, release/change
• Strong vendor management: selections, renewals, SLAs, and influencing roadmaps.
• Ability to operate across executive strategy and detailed platform configuration; excellent
• Knowledge of financial controls, SOX, data quality, and compliance impacts; experience with close
