Group Reporting Controller

📋 Description

• The Group Reporting Controller will own the Group's reporting and compliance layer — consolidation
• Act as the Financial Controller for 36 entities covered by the GSC Cebu, ensuring statutory
• Lead month-end close governance across AR, AP, GL, and Consolidation with explicit close deadlines.
• Provide IFRS technical accounting authority for the SSC and oversee TAM preparation and impact
• Coordinate external audit activity, statutory calendars, and audit evidence delivery with
• Develop leadership capabilities within the SSC through coaching and knowledge transfer.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA — active license required.
• Minimum 8 years in finance with 4+ years in group reporting, consolidation, or technical accounting.
• Hands-on experience with multi-entity, multi-currency environments and ERP (NetSuite OneWorld
• Experience with Big Four external audits at a substantive level.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and ability to prepare TAMs and impact assessments.
