Group Transactional and Commercial Counsel

📋 Description

• Lead deal execution for acquisitions, disposals, minority investments and JVs.
• Advise senior stakeholders on legal, regulatory and commercial risks.
• Navigate antitrust, foreign investment clearances, and securities law approvals.
• Provide end-to-end transaction support: structuring, due diligence, drafting, closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams (senior mgmt, BD, finance, tax).
• Support post-transaction governance and ongoing corporate matters.

🎯 Requirements

• Admitted and licensed attorney in U.S., HK, Singapore or other common-law juris.
• 8+ years post-qualification experience; in-house experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams across multiple jurisdictions.
• Self-starter able to navigate diverse stakeholders and sectors.
• Excellent drafting, negotiating and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in TMT, FinTech, blockchain, and AI relating to transactions.
