📋 Description

• Grower 1 assists with nursery production of forest seedlings
• 40 hours per week with varying shifts; weekend/shift work required
• Work in office, warehouse, shop, and outdoors
• Train and supervise seasonal irrigation staff
• Follow Integrated Pest Management (IPM) pesticide programs
• Collaborate with the Production Manager on growing programs

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of greenhouse equipment and climate control systems
• Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Great organizational and record-keeping skills
