Upsell, cross-sell and build multi-stakeholder relationships.
Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, finance and strategy teams.
Proactive outreach to generate new revenue opportunities.
Manage customer issues with Support and Operations teams.
Represent the voice of the customer inside Airwallex.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in account management or CSM in tech/fintech.
Strong English written and verbal skills.
Proven track record of KPI attainment and product adoption.
Fast-paced, high-growth startup experience beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Self-starter with ability to manage own book of business.
