Growth Engineer

📋 Description

• Migrate marketing site from Webflow to a self-hosted Next.js/Vercel frontend with Payload CMS.
• Architect dynamic landing pages for VIP accounts with assets, logos, and metrics without flicker.
• Implement in-platform tracking to diagnose data gaps and give sales full visibility.
• Pipe event data and user traits from PostHog into Salesforce CRM for clean data.
• Build growth experimentation infrastructure and server-side A/B tests.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong track record building end-to-end systems from scratch.
• Deep technical mastery of React, Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Experience with open-source headless CMS (Payload CMS, Strapi) or equivalent.
• Familiarity hosting on Vercel and utilizing Edge Middleware/Functions for 0ms personalization.
• Advanced knowledge of event tracking tools (PostHog, Mixpanel, Segment).
• Experience integrating data flows into enterprise CRMs (Salesforce) is a plus.
