🎯 Requirements

• Strong CeFi and crypto product knowledge; understanding of how exchanges work and major trading
• Product sense to identify market gaps and translate capabilities into growth propositions.
• Data-driven with the ability to diagnose problems, prioritize opportunities and measure impact on
• Experience with digital growth tools: performance marketing, CRM/lifecycle, referral, affiliate
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Business teams and influence priorities
• Strong market judgment; awareness of regulatory differences across NEA markets.
