📋 Description

• Own end-to-end growth strategy for Paytm AI Agentic products across mid-market merchants.
• Drive acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation across the merchant lifecycle.
• Own digital growth: digital adoption via Paytm for Business app placements and CRM channels.
• Experimentation, segmentation, and personalization across cohorts, channels, and journeys.
• Performance governance: dashboards, reviews, root-cause analysis, and compliance.
• Build scalable growth playbooks across merchant segments, geographies, and categories.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years in growth, lifecycle marketing, or GTM roles in fintech/SaaS/B2B.
• Own growth metrics across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, reactivation.
• Hands-on with CRM, marketing automation, and tools like CleverTap/MoEngage/WebEngage.
• Strong understanding of digital funnels, assisted sales motions, and merchant journeys.
• Experience with field sales teams or influencing them.
• Strong analytical skills: funnel, cohort, A/B testing, and campaign measurement.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across product, analytics, sales, operations.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, dashboards, CRM tools, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
