• Proven AI-powered marketing workflows that improve productivity.
• Strong email marketing and lifecycle management skills.
• Experience running CRO experiments and data-driven decisions.
• Ability to execute complete marketing initiatives end-to-end.
• Experience creating content across digital channels; strong analytics.
