📋 Description

• Own end-to-end growth strategy for a product
• Execute campaigns, optimize performance, and run experiments across channels
• Develop email marketing and lifecycle campaigns with segmentation and automation
• Drive CRO on landing, pricing, sign-up, and checkout
• Create content across channels and automate workflows with AI-assisted tools
• Monitor performance and present data-driven recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth marketing, ideally in a small execution-focused team
• Experience designing AI-powered marketing workflows
• Strong email marketing and lifecycle management expertise
• Proven experience with CRO and data-driven decision making
• Ability to own complete campaigns from copy to analysis
• Experience content creation for email, websites, blogs, social
