🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth marketing, startup/lean team background
• Experience designing AI-powered marketing workflows
• Strong email marketing and lifecycle management
• Hands-on CRO, experimentation, data-driven decisions
• Ability to own complete campaigns end-to-end
• Excellent analytics and remote collaboration skills
