📋 Description

• Own end-to-end growth strategy for a product.
• Execute campaigns and optimize performance across channels.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth marketing, founder/solo or small team experience preferred.
• Experience designing AI-powered marketing workflows.
• Strong email marketing and lifecycle management expertise.
• Proven CRO with data-driven decisions.
• Ability to own marketing initiatives end-to-end.
• Content creation across email, websites, blogs, social.
